Returns and order concerns

For a return, exchange, cancellation or refund request, email Forgegarageco@gmail.com with your order number, the item involved and a description of your request. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order details and photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

Review of requests

Requests are reviewed individually based on the item, its condition and the circumstances of the order. We will communicate the available next steps and any applicable return-shipping arrangements before a return is sent. A request does not automatically confirm a return or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer protection law.
